New 30 m² studio for 2 guests, fully equipped and set in a quiet, flower-filled garden within a gated property with free parking. Enjoy a private terrace and an above-ground pool open from May 31 to September 30. Easy, step-free access to both the entrance and inside the studio. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine and some capsules provided. Wi-Fi, TV, and a dedicated workspace are available. Bike storage is also provided. Located 30 km from Lyon, near exit 6 of the A42, just 15 minutes from St Exupéry airport/TGV station and 20 minutes from Groupama Stadium. Airport and train station shuttles are available for an extra fee. Public transport is nearby. Nearby: To the west, discover the Dombes plateau with its ponds, the Bird Park, Châtillon-sur-Chalaronne, and Pérouges. To the northeast, explore the banks of the Ain River on foot, horseback, bike, or by canoe. Further afield, the Bugey mountains offer authentic local produce and wines.
